The only reason I gave four stars is because I felt the candy cane arrangement was slightly smaller than what I thought it would be due to the price however, I understand everything has gone up in price so regardless everything is beautiful and I thank you very much

I placed an order online and requested in their form to have something changed about the arrangement to include yellow - left it up to them how that was done, noting that I knew they'd have to replace something and I was completely fine with whatever they chose to do. I've used Lundstrom twice now to send flowers to my girlfriend. Delivered perfectly both times. This go around they noticed my nickname for her from the message I had them write on the card, and they took it upon themselves to add a small decoration to the flowers that matched the nickname! In my 73 years, I have had many occasions to send flowers to friends and family in other states. I was pleased to find a local florist in Sterling - Lundstrom - but was blown away by the value and beauty of the arrangement they delivered to a sick family member. He is a Cubs fan - and they were able to customize the arrangement and deliver an arrangement with a Cubs theme. They went above and beyond - even delivering the same day - despite the order coming later in the day.
